Rabobank also has an online application available for students, but it is only available in Dutch, as is their internet banking. There is a minimal cost for opening an account with Rabobank but unlike the other two banks, Rabobank does not charge anything per quarter to maintain the account. The only fee you have with Rabobank is a fee of €3.60 per quarter (every three months) for the expansion student package account that includes the Rabo BaseCard credit card.
